Tribal Card Program
The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) Land and Sea Final Rule allowed United States Federally recognized Native American tribes to work with Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) to enter into agreements to develop tribal ID cards that can be designated as acceptable to establish identity and citizenship when entering the United States at land and sea ports of entry from contiguous territory or adjacent islands
Eurosign design and install turnkey Enhanced Tribal Card generation systems for Indian Nations which will meets the criteria established by WHTI. Eurosign will also assist all U.S. Federally recognized Native American Nations to facilitate the development of their Enhanced Tribal Cards (ETC) and liaison with CBP to ensure requirements for developing and issuing WHTI-compliant tribal cards, including a testing and auditing process to ensure that the cards are produced and issued in accordance with the terms of the agreements
